I am Stephen. I live in Bristol, UK. I decided to shorten my profile...to this: Wildlife, haiku, travel, streetart, psychogeography and my family. Not necessarily in that order.

It is scary to drive in that kind of rain (though I am remembering my own experience from decades ago in Jo’burg!). As you say, full speed wipers still isn’t enough.
Still, I guess rain is better than People on the motorway, which is a warning sign my daughter saw yesterday on her drive down from Edinburgh. She Texted me that it wasn’t something she was used to seeing in the UK – whereas in SA it is quite common!
It’s your tun now. Be safe.

Exeter and back. Very wet on the way down, but better coming home. Thank you.

Slow and steady in a downpour. Nicely described.
