Somebody recommended vanilla ice cream in ginger ale (we call it a “float” here) and I had one each time I suffered with symptoms after both vaccines. At the very least, it’s a pick-me-up if you have little appetite. 💕
Thank you, and thank you for the float tip. Difficult to manage in a house with two people with COVID and two people without it. Lots of meal preparations, trays and disinfecting.
let’s hope Mrs Scooj doesn’t suffer too much. The vaccine should at least help in that respect. Stay safe my friend. This nightmare obviously isn’t over yet.

I’m happy to do any shopping you might need and drop it round and am also happy to take some extra photos of pieces that might not last too long and email them over to you, although I do realise the point is that you get to see them yourself of course.
You are a gent. Shopping is ok, I managed to get a couple of slots. The photography thing is odd. Definitely I prefer to take my own. Actually, an enforced rest is no bad thing. Looking in from the sidelines, it is astonishing just how much new art is painted every day.
I have said to a few people recently that there has never been a time when so much paint is being chucked at our walls on a continuing daily basis . . .
Absolutely impossible to see it all and just as impossible to post everything that is seen and photographed . . .
