I am Stephen. I live in Bristol, UK. I decided to shorten my profile...to this: Wildlife, haiku, travel, streetart, psychogeography and my family. Not necessarily in that order.

Thank you. I am still learning. I love the discipline of simplification with retention of a deep richness and heart. I am using visual cues, which is probably cheating. It will be more difficult to write a stand-alone haiku.
Hey, I notice you’re a football fan. So am I! Who do you support? I’m a Canadian, and don’t have an allegiance to just one team, except maybe Newcastle, but I’m a big fan of the Fantasy League. Do you play FPL?
I originally come from North London and have been a lifelong Arsenal fan, which is rather good right now. I was at university in Newcastle and have a soft spot for them too.
The book is excellent too. I have lived that life of football obsession, during the period when the book was written and identify very closely with it. I am a little older and wiser now.
Oh, this is genius!

Yes. Arsenal is doing rather well, aren’t they? One of my favourite sport movies is “Fever Pitch”. That was some devotion!

I’ve never been that avid a fan of anything unless you count Peter Frampton in the 1970s. I’m old and wise too.

I have often used images to prompt a poem. Some of my best longer and form pieces came from image-triggers.
