Here my breathing slows
until no air passes through;
place and mind are one.

I sat in this overgrown corner of my allotment doing a butterfly survey this afternoon. My heart rate slowed and I caught myself not even breathing. So calm and peaceful.
I can almost feel the peace 🙂

It is quite amazing how one can lose himself in a garden. I may intend just to pull a few weeds, and before you know it, I’ve been out there for an hour. It is the best feeling!
