If people have tents here in Southampton, the council take them away and charge the homeless for storage! Lovely Haiku – very fairytale like.
Thanks – I like this haiku. There is something of a homelessness surge in Bristol, which has been growing for about 18 months. Tents are popping up all over the place, often a bit tucked away. It is only a matter of time before the council clamp down, but so far patience and tolerance seem to be prevalent.
