Obviously your Monday went better than mine. I am glad.
I think that is right, usually I feel great if something good happens or I am busy with things I enjoy. The remarkable thing about yesterday is that I felt great for no reason at all…now that really is a good thing.
Thanks for being patient with me. I enjoy complexity in people and enjoy your work very much, so I’m naturally curious about you as a person. Okay, I guess I’m nosy!

You seem to be pragmatic. I’m just wondering aloud and am not judging you; just trying to understand.
I notice I feel great when I’m eating healthy foods and getting a good night’s sleep.
