Sure is heating up down here – 36°C here last week and summer has barely started. Even after 30+ years in Australia it still seems wrong that the weather gets “better” for Christmas.

I don’t mind the heat or the cold, but I just can’t stand the wet. I have only spent one southern hemisphere year, and it did all feel a bit peculiar.
