Learning to spray-paint
with my A, B, Cs. There is
plenty of headroom.

- I’ve finally set myself up with some boards in the garden and paint. This is going to be a very long and difficult journey. It is so difficult, and my admiration for the artists I write about has gone stratospheric. I thought I’d start with the alphabet, and see if repetition and practice get me anywhere. If, by the time I get to Z I have made no improvement, then I’ll hang up my boots, and accept that I am just not cut out for this. But if I don’t try, I’ll never know.
You’ve got Soker & Deams worried now!

Bravo! Nothing ventured, nothing gained. Draw on your life experience as inspiration for your creativity. Paint haikus in dramatic colour.

I did think of doing haiku stencils, and might yet try.

You don’t have to do it for any other reason than you actually enjoy doing it
If you enjoy doing it then continue and find your own style
If you don’t enjoy it then leave it for a while and then have another go . . .
In the meantime
B is for Bravo . . .

C came out really badly, so I tried to copy a Face 1st piece, which kind of worked a bit.

As I said just enjoy it
That way no piece will come out badly as you’ll have had fun which was the main point
I think you definitely need to stop being so tough on yourself
What it looks like doesn’t really matter the having fun is what matters
