- Yesterday I spent all day in court as sentence was passed on Mark Killick, a fraudulent builder, found guilty of 37 offences. His sentence was fitting. More on the BBC website.
Without malice I can say, ‘Yes ‘ I worked on many a similar fraud and all too often the ending was painful for the victims. Be kind to yourself, it takes time to let it go.

The outcome was a good one, but the ordeal is part of our experience now, and can’t be undone. We can rest easier now though.
