When that happens around here someone is quick to quote from an old historic advertisement about Canadian Doctor, Wilder Penfield, who did research on epilepsy.
Apparently, when an epileptic has a seizure, they smell burnt toast. In this advert, a woman with a strong European accent is under testing by Penfield and he has her hooked up to wires. She suddenly cries, “Burnt toast, Dr. Penfield, burnt toast!”
Now you can imagine what goes on here. Ha.
