Passion and happiness KILLED on purpose…that’s what the government/status quo does.
Indeed. When I started out, my job was vocational in that I was doing what I loved and what I was trained to do and for the good of the nation. Now I am protecting reputations and ultimately, votes, and I don’t like it.

The difference between working to live and living to work. May be that’s why many of us develop hobbies that feed us in ways that our vocations can’t.
