Ah, lovely! Nice the way you tied in the nostalgic element.
Nice one. 🙂 Reminds me straight away of the first time I ever saw an oyster catcher, here in the Eastern Cape in SA, on a deserted white sand beach that went on forever. The eggs were very hard to find as speckled and well-camouflaged.
