I am a friendly person, but I will honestly cross the road not to speak to someone–even a friend. Weird, I know.

I can go days without speaking to anyone besides my husband and my mother.

Hunting for street art has encouraged me to speak to complete strangers and I quite like that in a way.

It’s so different when it’s on your own terms. I will strike up a conversation with a stranger if I’m in that frame of mind.
