I am Stephen. I live in Bristol, UK. I decided to shorten my profile...to this: Wildlife, haiku, travel, streetart, psychogeography and my family. Not necessarily in that order.

haha If only that applied to all aspects of life and not just Nature. 😀
That seems to be the case in my front garden as well. I did a small amount of pruning and tidying up during a false spring spell (previous to an ice storm) and everything is flourishing now. I don’t have to do anything. It’s a small garden, but we filled it with trees and shrubbery and perennials rather than lawn. love to just look at every new thing as it develops from day to day. I just hope we don’t get horrid draught spells this summer. The back, we have sown with clover, so we don’t have to worry about keeping pristine grass, and of course, it’s best for all the wildlife. This morning, well, you’ll have to read my haiku.😉

I think the timing of my occasional visits and the weather have helped.
