haha Good haiku/poem.
There is something refreshing in a cup of tea, or coffee, even in the hottest weather. Perhaps it is the whole calming familiarity of the process of making, and drinking, the cuppa?

The refreshing coolness if perspiration is also The reason why many cuisine from warmer climates are so spicy hot!

I think that is right, and if there is a breeze, the perspiration cools the body.
