I sympathise! And it depends how much of an inconvenience it becomes.
Travelling back to Edinburgh from Aldeburgh last year there were various train “problems” and we arrived 5 hours late at – 1 am. But we arrived! 🙂

That is extreme! I like train journeys, but only when they are problem free.

Yes it was! Trains are my favourite way to get around the UK when I visit.
