As I have mentioned before, I have low vision. I mistook it for a lighthouse and because I have a long-time interest in lighthouses I was curious about this one which I had not seen before (presuming it’s on a British coastline. Thank you for the clarification.
South coast between Portsmouth and Brighton. Just south of Chichester. Not too sure where the nearest lighthouse would be. I agree though that in the photograph the chimney does look like a lighthouse.

It’s actually an ornate chimney on one of the rather exclusive beachfront properties.
