I am Stephen. I live in Bristol, UK. I decided to shorten my profile...to this: Wildlife, haiku, travel, streetart, psychogeography and my family. Not necessarily in that order.

Aw I sympathise! Something you could laugh off with a friend, but on your own, well yeah – hopefully you have a coat to cover up the pants! ๐
Jacket not coat, but trousers were khaki so I think I got away with it. You have to look carefully to see any mark, and I should be so lucky that anyone would look at my bum.
Nothing worse than being in the hot seat!
I will assume that you are on a train to London. As you pass through Reading shout out Hi to Elvis Rodriguez. he’s a friend from Goa who is engaged to my neighbor’s daughter. Works for British Rail at Reading station.
How Bristol has changed. Redland to Temple Meads line. So much to see and discover when I eventually visit Bristol again It’s now 32 years since I was last there.
As I recall there was a tunnel under Durdham Downs and near the Bristol Zoo there was a chimney to exhaust the smoke from the old steam engines that pulled the train.

Read this too late but Iโll shout it out next time. I was on my way to London, but spilt the coffee on the Redland to Temple Meads branch line.

It is the old line that goes out to Avonmouth and Severn Beach. I donโt know how long ago it reopened, but it is well used.
