We all need a case of the blues from time to time to help us appreciate the good times when they come back round again . . .
I always try to get an early night on a bad day, and if it still continues the next day I try to keep my chin up (literally) as it helps make the brain feel better (no idea why) and obviously get out for a walk in the daylight as we aren’t having too much of that at the moment . . .
Yeah, good attitude. We’re moving stuff around the house, clearing things out, which I’m not very good at and get quite stressed about. I haven’t had enough me time lately either, so I’m grumpy, and not very nice.
