I don’t cook a turkey for one which is fine
What however is not fine is not being able to have turkey & ham sandwiches, turkey & ham pie, turkey and ham fricassee etc etc

I think it is a little overrated. Next year we might try duck or goose.

We had goose once at Xmas but it needed huge amounts of cooking and was still very fatty . . .
