You are correct I believe it’s probably the Devil’s own work, having said that I reckon a Brandy Snap would stand up well to being dunked and would be unlikely to fall apart and into said cup of tea . . .
I don’t know, and I’m not sure if there is any brandy in it. I know it is made with syrup, sugar, butter and flour and is a very flat holy biscuit that is then shaped into a cylindrical curl.
