I am Stephen. I live in Bristol, UK. I decided to shorten my profile...to this: Wildlife, haiku, travel, streetart, psychogeography and my family. Not necessarily in that order.

If it’s any consolation, winter here in Minnesota lasts about 6 months; Spring, Summer and Fall (Autumn) take up the other 6 months. Summers here are hot and humid. fall is messy with so many leaves and if you don’t clear the leaves in time they get covered in snow.
We also had a long winter followed by a very long and cold Spring.
May has been the wettest on record so far and is set to be the wettest ever recorded by the end of the month with plenty more rain forecast.
I got that although was rather pleased my team managed to make the Champions League for next year but considering the pace we set the last two seasons this one has definitely been most unmemorable . . .

The haiku was an oblique reference to the end of the football season, but I like that it has sparked weather season conversation.
