Wow. There’s so much moving for the sake of moving in America that a mortgage is a given part of life. Of course financial planners tell us to keep the low interest mortgage for tax exemptions and invest the funds in Wall Street for higher returns. It’s hard to shrift through the marketing and do what’s best for the family.
