- in spite of Russian war preparation, I genuinely hoped/believed it wouldn’t come to this. Today I am shocked and deeply worried by the events unfolding in Ukraine. This is where unfettered nationalism gets us. Putin, Trump, Farage, Bolsenaro, Johnson, Bannon… any more?
Natural adventures 
Take a deep breath in thinking of love sent out in the world, then let out a gentle breath with love to all those also worried. Repeat as necessary.
