I am Stephen. I live in Bristol, UK. I decided to shorten my profile...to this: Wildlife, haiku, travel, streetart, psychogeography and my family. Not necessarily in that order.

You are very lucky to live in Bristol with so many talented artists. Hazard is fabulous!
Scooj, Hazard’s work is incredible. I really love and feel quite touched and inspired by the fist for Black Live Matter and how she’s gone a bit rainbow with that the the touch of red seemingly coming from the wrist. It’s so powerful.
The outside world and I have have had a few disagreements this week so I’m snug at home. The increase in covid down in Sydney and as well as the great risk being a large population centre mean I have been down there since about February so my exposure to street out in person has been very limited this year. It’s really lovely to be able to sit here at my desk in Umina Beach, NSW all the way over in Australia and be able to soak in Hazard work while eating my porridge. It’s not all doom and gloom here and Spring is trying to make it through the cold. It’s not far off not, which I guess doesn’t bode so well for you people up the top of the world.
Best wishes,
Rowena
Hi Rowena. Sorry to hear that you are still tightly locked down, however keeping safe is the most important thing in our lives at the moment. I have managed to escape Bristol with my family for a few days in Cornwall with lots of space for the dog to run around in and not many people. Time to rest.
Your escape sounds fantastic. I look forward to seeing some photos. We’re lucky we live almost on the beach so I do pretty well. I’m just getting sick of having to explain myself and people who are oblivious to the complexities of now. It’s also Winter here and my natural inclination is to hibernate anyway, although I did get out with some friends for a picnic by the beach while social distancing. That was great.
