We are now at a phase where all of our resources and efforts will be spent adapting to climate change⦠infrastructure and resilience etc. We had a chance to mitigate⦠ie stop burning fossil fuels, build carbon stores, protect the environment and biodiversity, but we blew it. Ideally we should be doing both, but it is obvious where the focus will be.
Yes indeed although it seems to me that the people who can actually make very real change happen considerably easier and more quickly than anyone else on the planet have a vested interest in keeping the status quo.
