Doors 284 – Doors from Exeter, Devon – Part II, October 2023
Another quick stroll through Exeter this week with a few more doors that I photographed on a 2 hour stay there last October. I hope you enjoy them:

Sorry, but a really quick one today. More from Exeter next time – may I wish you a spooky Halloween.
If you have made it this far, you probably like doors, and you really ought to take a look at the No Facilities blog by Dan Anton who has taken over the hosting of Thursday Doors from Norm 2.0 blog. Links to more doorscursions can be found in the comments section of Dan Anton’s Thursday Doors post.

That’s a great collection, Steve. Those church doors would make a nice winter project for a woodworker. They get the nod as my favorite. I hope you have a nice weekend.

I lean towards the green doors today, probably because I used one in my post.. however, I also liked the white door in the top photo… they looked like metal doors? or is it just the decor on them?

I think they were wooden doors, but with lots of metal work on them. The blue door after them is the same design from the same row of houses.

I find myself attracted to the teal door with the painted bird and the green door under the very unusual arch that leads to it. Nice doors!

No apologies required Stephen. I enjoyed all the doors in your gallery this week. Hard to pick a favorite. I was drawn to the church door because of the brick and more importantly how well you captured the sunlight…so amazing!
The narrowness is quite pronounced in the recessed green door. I like its cozy vibes. Great share as always. I enjoyed it.
