D67 has really come far this year. Like Beastie he has graduated from stencils to doing freehand. Dice did the Christmas piece at the request of the Council (I think it was the Council) as the previous piece – a large paste up by Gemma Compton for the Cheltenham Paint Festival was peeling off and looking a bit ungainly.
