Doors 191 – Porto doors (part 5)
I’m back on the trail of Porto doors this morning, with another selection of doors from a mini-break I shared with my daughter at the beginning of June. Already the holiday feels like a distant memory, so revisiting it with these door posts keeps it fresh in the mind. This week is a fairly random selection from the coastal district of FOZ do Douro. Enjoy:

That’s your lot for another week, may I wish you a fine weekend ahead.
If you have made it this far, you probably like doors, and you really ought to take a look at the No Facilities blog by Dan Anton who has taken over the hosting of Thursday Doors from Norm 2.0 blog. Links to more doorscursions can be found in the comments section of Dan Anton’s Thursday Doors post.

I’m a sucker for lighthouses but it’s also good to see a different style from our English ones as well

All fabulous and while I generally love red doors my vote goes to no. 2

These are wonderful doors. It’s hard to choose a favorite. I love lighthouses, but that black door at the end is stunning. I’ll give myself a break and put that amazing gate in its own category. That truly is a work of art.

I agree, I felt rather blessed finding it.

Thank you. Although rather plain, the red does jump out.

The lighthouse is a bit of a gift for photographing.

Lovely collection here. The lighthouse was new to me; I’d missed it on my walk through FdD

There is another one that is nowhere near as fancy.

All lovely doors. The red door is interesting and the weathered door is beautiful.
