Weas(el) continues to scatter his mega tags all over the city, but in the last year or two has been increasing the frequency of his longer-form graffiti writing. His letters tend to be written in a thin script format, and I am assuming that this tribute piece is one of his.
I am a little confused by the messaging in this piece. My thought is that it is a tribute to Vulchar by Weas, but I might be way off the mark, and the more I look at this piece, the more I am doubting myself. So I am going to leave it as a tribute piece by someone, possibly Weas, for Vulchar down by the River Avon.
