This is a classic piece from Mr Klue, one of three of four recent ones in the tunnel, and a demonstration that he has managed to find some time and get into the right mind space to produce some great work.
I am so pleassed to see his floating steps feature prominently in this one, as they are so much a part of his ephemeral scenes. The letters spell KLUE, although they are so well disguised, you’d be forgiven for not seeing them. The colours are well chosen and pit burning orange against watery blue. The shading is excellent too, with a yellow under shadow providing depth and contrast. Superb.
