527. Moon Street (16)

This is one of the best walls in Moon Street (Stokes Croat even). It stands out, is a great size, and allows only for one piece at a time, giving the artist space to frame the piece nicely. Mr Klue is, I would suggest, the best abstract street artist in Bristol – instantly recognisable and very easy on the eye.

Mr Klue seems to be comfortable working alone, or working in collaboration with others, and I have many examples of both in this blog. Consistently good, and some of his more recent work is looking very interesting indeed. I just have to get out and find it.

140. The Bearpit (4)

An unusual post this time. Several new pieces have appeared in the tunnels at The Bearpit over the last few weeks all of them signed ‘Decay’. They have been joined by a burner on the practice wall in Ashley Road in Stokes Croft.

These wonderful abstract street art works are eye catching and refreshingly different.

So far my attempts to find out more about ‘Decay’ have been fruitless, but if I do find out any more I will post it here as an update.

‘Decay’ has certainly been busy, and I look forward to seeing more pieces around Bristol.
